Main purpose of the job:
As a specialist in relational database systems, especially Oracle,
the employee will support software development projects in the
field of mobile telephony, mobile commerce, telecoms

Duties& Responsibilities
Prepare or review SQL and PL/SQL scripts for product
installations and migrations.
Support system architects in database schema design. Prepare or
review physical database designs.
Act as expert Oracle consultant to our system designers and

Maintain database schema documentation for our development

Support Computaris clients with database design, tuning,
configuration, and administration issues
Support network administrator with database administration of

Obligaţiile de serviciu:
1.Asigurarea serviciului clientela.
- preluarea apelurilor clientilor;
- oferirea de asistenta telefonica clientilor...;
- acordarea suportului pentru rezolvarea problemelor clientului;
- efectuarea apelurilor de iesire pentru a informa populatia si a atrage noi clienti
2. Respectarea standardelor si a indicatorilor de calitate stabilita.
-asigurarea unei evidente clare a activitatii desfasurate.
-adoptarea unei atitudini pozitive si orientate catre client.
Abilităţi: Comunicarea avansata si eficientă,
Posedarea unei voci placute,
Utilizarea mijloacelor tehnice de birou etc.
Cunoştinţe:
- Cunoaşterea perfecta a limbii romane si ruse,
- cunosterea limbii engleze va fi un avantaj;
- cunoştinţe medii de operare a computerului (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Experienţă profesională: expirienta de lucru in Call-Center va fi un avantaj.
Studii: studii minime: liceu (colegiu)

Требования к соискателям:
Обязательно:
- Высшее техническое образование
- Опыт администрирования ПК (обслуживание сетевых плат, настройка сети, мониторинг сетевых трафиков, смена IP и MAC адресов)
- Знание языков: русский, румынский
- Хорошо поставленная... грамотная речь
- Пол: мужской
- Возраст: не моложе 23 лет
Желательно:
- Знание основ ТВ (виды модуляции, построение головных станций)
- Опыт работы с клиентами
- Опыт работы по сменному графику
- Знание английского языка
